Since Turning Point works directly from your credit union system there is no data transferred to a 3rd party software system. You control the security levels of our employees just as you would a teller or other member of your credit union staff. With today’s technology, Turning Point can login to your system by a VPN connection or desktop connection, no matter if your credit union is around the block or 3,000 miles away. This can be set up quickly and is usually not expensive to implement.
Turning Point focuses on small to medium size credit unions that may be wanting to improve their delinquency portfolios, reduce staffing or refocus staffing in other areas to cut employee overhead, or want to increase the efficiency of their collection departments while getting the utilization of a full loan servicing department with no added or reduce cost to the credit union.
Turning Point is fully bonded and insured and our servicing program is recognized by the NCUA. If you are having issues with the NCUA audits concerning delinquency we can assist you in correcting those issues.
Our monthly servicing fees are a set flat fee and are based on the type of service provided. Usually the monthly servicing fees are less than a full time salary for our complete servicing package. Our loan servicing plans are built around your credit unions needs and desires and we work with your credit union to establish a plan that will meet your goals and expectations.
